Super P-Force requires sexual stimulation to be effective because its active ingredient, sildenafil citrate, enhances the body's natural erectile response. During sexual stimulation, the body releases nitric oxide, which increases the production of cyclic GMP (cGMP). This chemical relaxes the blood vessels in the penis, allowing more blood to flow in, leading to an erection. Sildenafil citrate works by inhibiting the enzyme that breaks down cGMP, helping to maintain the erection. Without sexual stimulation, the initial release of nitric oxide doesn't occur, so Super P-Force cannot induce an erection on its own. It relies on the body's natural response to sexual arousal.
